Xuzhou Medical University is a B grade medical university in China. It is among the best 40 universities in China.

Established in 1958. The study of MBBS in the English medium for international students started in 2011.

Xuzhou is near to India. Only 6.50 hours flight from Delhi via Guangzhou.

Currently, Xuzhou has 300 international medical students. They are from Nepal, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Comoros, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Somalia, Nigeria, Ghana, Congo, and Singapore.

Xuzhou Medical College has four campuses, covering an area of over 198 acres. It consists of 19 departments.

Indian books followed, plus some American books. MCI syllabus.

Two canteens are within the Tongshan Road campus. In these canteens, some veg and non-veg Indian food are available. Students can cook if they wish. 

Each room in Tongshan campus has AC, Room Heater, Separate beds, Study Table, almirah, etc. 

Xuzhou Medical College has a total of 14 affiliated hospitals. Out of these, 5 are level three first-class hospitals.

In Xuzhou, the summers are long, hot, muggy, and wet. Winters are short, very cold, and dry. It is a partly cloudy year-round. Temperature varies from -4°C to 37°C.

Qualified students will get Jasmine Government Scholarship from the 1st year December. Scholarship amount varies from 3,000 ¥ to 10,000 ¥.

Recently Xuzhou has started PG for international students. 18 students are doing PG here now.
